Mieke Dhoore
Mieke began her career as an attorney before transitioning into the role of corporate counsel. Over time, she took on the additional responsibility for People and Organization within family-owned businesses. As a result, she is intimately familiar with the real-world dynamics of the boardroom in organizations ranging from small enterprises to large corporations, across a wide variety of sectors.
This experience is crucial when searching for the best-fitting business leaders, executives, and board members.

Denis Gallant
Denis possesses years of international experience in sales and general management. Thanks to his career spanning Europe and Asia, he has developed a broad and nuanced perspective on diverse markets and sectors, including industry, consumer goods, agri-food, retail, and services.
This experience taught him the vital importance of authenticity in leadership. He has a natural gift for evaluating candidates on their determination, perseverance, and adaptability. Mindset takes precedence over skill set when companies, large or small, systematically master their market and strive for excellence.
With that same mindset, Denis listens intently to the company, its processes, and its clients. This makes him the ideal consultant to optimize your organization and discover the right top talent to achieve that goal.
Denis holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Ghent University. He completed advanced programs in corporate governance at Vlerick/Guberna and holds a Barrett© Culture Assessor Certification.

Stefaan Verduyn
Stefaan is an experienced HR partner, valued for his perseverance in finding the right solution for his clients. His passion lies in aligning the competencies and ambitions of employees with the strategy and objectives of his clients, always in harmony with their culture and values.
Stefaan has 20 years of experience in executive search and 5 years in culture audits. With a high degree of empathy, he executes assignments across diverse functional domains, utilizing a coaching and/or mediating approach.
He primarily works with organizations in consumer goods, media, telecom & entertainment, financial & professional services, and industrial & capital goods.
Stefaan holds a Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. Furthermore, he is a certified and passionate Barrett© Culture Assessor (Barrett© Values Centre).
